What we do
Comp Savvy Inc. offers strategic compensation consulting services to small and medium organizations. We help business leaders get clear about compensation, so that they may effectively attract, engage and retain key talent with equitable and competitive employee value propositions.
What we need
Ideally, you are experienced in one or more of the following: job analysis / job evaluation, market benchmarking, salary structure design, incentive pay design, Pay Equity reviews. You also have flexible availability to meet various client needs, in a context where projects may require a few hours one week and several hours the next.
Technical proficiency with applications such as MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and web meeting tools (e.g. Zoom, MS Teams, etc.), as well as excellent communication skills (verbal & written), a collaborative approach and adaptability are a must. You will also need your own equipment / technology to support our clients virtually.
A CCP designation, experience working with small to medium businesses and / or not-for-profit organizations, experience working with PayScale, and fluency in French are definite assets, though not essential.
